SERVICES

Commercial Diving

DSMC are an HSE Registered Commercial Diving Contractor operating within the 0-50 metre

depth range. We are full members of the UK Association of Diving Contractors (ADC), are fully compliant with the Diving at Work Regulations 1997 and with current relevent industry standards as defined by the ADC and IMCA.

Hydrographic Surveys

DSMC have integrated high specification positioning equipment into our spreads to take the guess-work out of marine positioning. We also offer a range of seabed imagery and mapping services including magnetometer surveys, MBES, Sidescan and seabed sampling.

Confined Space Entry

DSMC provide qualified and experienced teams and equipment for confined space working. Our teams carry out structural examinations and inspections as well as provide support and rescue for all aspects of confined space working

Inspection Class ROVs

DSMC personnel are trained and competent in the use of the Seaeye Falcon and Cougar XT inspection ROVs and the Videoray Pro4. We can provide these inspection class ROVs with various tooling options to include Blueview and Tritech sonar systems, manipulator arms, CP probes and brush cleaning kits.

CCTV Inspections

DSMC supply various crawler ROVs, pushrod camera systems, sondes and CAT scanners to carry out CCTV inspections of drains, sewers, pipes, J-tubes and culverts which are too small for, or not safe for confined space teams to enter. We have provided these services to inshore utilities / civils companies and councils along with offshore contractors to inspect assets on

wind farms and pipelines.

Systems Auditing &

Client Representation

DSMC's experienced personnel are well versed in all current HSE legislation and equipment requirements to comply with the latest regulations and guidelines. Because of this and their experience based knowlege they can assess and audit other contractors and offer relevant advice to any clients who may require a third party, independant

perspective.

SECTORS

Offshore Wind &

Renewables

DSMC personnel have been involved with the Offshore Wind industry from the early stages and have worked on numerous projects throughout Europe and the UK. We can provide vessels and teams with the capability to work on and around structures for a wide range of inspection, cleaning, maintenance and installation tasks.

Subsea Cables

Our experience within the subsea cables sector originated from supporting the installation of telecoms cables. Our senior management have supported subsea telecom cable installations all over the world. This later extended into HVDC power cables as we started working with inter-array and export cables with the growth of wind farms along with a number of interconnectors.

Unexploded Ordnance

Using towed magnetometers and sidescan sonars we can determine possible UXO targets on and under the seabed. Once a target list has been produced we can provide Maritime UXO / EOD trained dive teams, expert EOD Supervisors and subsea positioning equipment with pin-point accuracy to locate, expose, identify and dispose of items of potential ordnance.

Bridge and Culvert Inspections & Maintenance

DSMC have teams working year-round inspecting bridges, culverts, highways and other such 'wet' structures in various locations around the country. Our experienced structural examiners and engineers produce

comprehensive reports whilst our diving and confined space teams

carry out repair and maintenance works as required.

Civils & Utilities

DSMC provide Diving, Confined space teams, wet workers and riggers to support a wide range of near-shore and inland construction and utility projects for civils construction, engineering and utility companies. Whatever the size of the project we can provide teams and equipment to suit. DSMC can provide plant and machinery and have diving equipment spreads ranging from mobile vehicle and small boats to fully containerised options.

Search, Recovery & Salvage

DSMC can provide Survey, Diving and wet working teams experienced in the use of underwater search techniques.

We also have surface operated and subsurface equipment such as sonars and magnetometers capable of identifying underwater objects

and can utilise a wide range of machinery and equipment capable of recovering objects of all sizes to the surface.

ABOUT

DSMC provide a number of marine construction services to the inland, inshore and offshore sectors including commercial diving, hydrographic survey / positioning, confined space entry / rescue, Inspection class ROV's, structural maintenance / inspection and client representation. Our personnel have extensive experience working inshore and offshore on numerous UK, European and worldwide marine and subsea projects.

Our experience covers a wide range of tasks on a variety of subsea assets including surface and diving support on cable pull-ins, shore-ends, cable burial, cable de-burial, cable protection / remedial works, wind farm tower pull-in and rigging teams and UXO surveys / clearance works. DSMC draw from a vastly experienced pool of personnel including Diving Supervisors, Divers, Surveyors, Riggers, Project Management and Client Representatives.

DSMC are an HSE registered Diving Contractor and are full members of the Association of Diving Contractors (ADC). All our divers are HSE qualified and all supervisors are a minimum ADC or IMCA certified with IOSH and NEBOSH Health and safety training. All of our team members are first aid trained and multi-skilled with qualified riggers, engineers, surveyors, confined space and rescue operatives amongst our ranks.
