Construction across the site continues to move forward steadily into 2026, with each phase bringing us closer to opening a facility that reflects DSMC’s values, ambition, and long‑term vision. Significant milestones have been reached, including:

Building 1 (B) is now nearing completion. This building is a dedicated working unit designed to house our compression chambers, specialist equipment, and a significantly larger workshop than what was available at our previous site.

The main structural framework across the site has been completed.

External layout development is progressing across the remaining buildings.

Landscaping and external works are beginning to take shape.
The near‑completion of Building 1 marks an exciting step forward, providing the operational backbone of the new DSMC Head Office.
